We sincerely request that each consumer thoroughly examines and verifies the package contents upon receipt to safeguard your personal interests. If you receive defective or damaged goods, provided they are confirmed unused, you are eligible to request a return. However, the refund process is facilitated through a third-party payment system, and we kindly ask for your cooperation in adhering to the relevant refund procedures.

Return Procedure • Please contact us via direct message on our fan page or through customer service email within two business days of receiving the product, including holidays, and provide photos to assist with the return process. • When returning items, ensure they are in their original packaging, including the original box and all accompanying items, and mail them back within seven days from the day of receipt. Please provide a photo of the shipping receipt after mailing. We regret to inform you that returns requested after the evaluation period will not be accepted. • For returns of international orders, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. • Exceeding three returns or exchanges due to personal reasons will result in inclusion on our blacklist.
